Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Certifications in AutoCAD, Project Management, or Site Safety (preferred but not mandatory).
�️ Experience
1–5 years of relevant experience in site supervision, execution, or civil engineering projects.
Experience in residential, commercial, infrastructure, or industrial projects is advantageous.
Freshers with strong internships or project work may also be considered (if entry-level).
� Technical Skills
Proficient in reading construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office (especially Excel, Project).
Knowledge of surveying instruments (e.g., total station, level) and site layout techniques.
Understanding of construction materials, methods, and site procedures.
Basic knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective time management and organizational abilities.
Leadership qualities to manage site labor and coordinate with subcontractors.
High level of initiative, responsibility, and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work in high-pressure environments and meet deadlines.
