Site Supervisor – HV Substation Projects (Saudi Arabia) Location: Jeddah, Makkah Region, Damam Saudi Arabia

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Turner Lovell are specialist recruiters for HV transmission and energy infrastructure
projects across Europe, the Middle East, and the USA. We are supporting a global
engineering, manufacturing, and construction firm with the delivery of major
infrastructure across Saudi Arabia. Our client specialises in complex EPC projects in
the power generation and electricity transmission sectors and plays a leading role in
delivering the Kingdom’s energy transition.

We are seeking Site Supervisors to support the delivery of 132kV and 380kV high-
voltage substation projects across the Kingdom. This position plays a critical role in
supervising site activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the highest
standards in safety, quality, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise electrical works at HV substations (132kV/380kV), following drawings

and project specs.

• Check that work meets quality standards and approved procedures.

• Monitor subcontractors and daily site activities.

• Ensure safety rules (HSE) are always followed.

• Report any unsafe actions, incidents, or site issues.

• Track labour, materials, and equipment on site.

• Support redlining of drawings and final As-Built documents.

• Help clear punch list items with the testing team.

• Communicate clearly with the client and project team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Saudi Arabian

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, Bachelor of Science

Any

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering

• Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)

• Minimum 2–3 years of site-based experience on electrical or HV substation

projects

• Familiarity with major Saudi clients such as SEC, ARAMCO, NEOM, or NG is

highly desirable

• Strong reporting, supervision, and communication skills

• Willingness to work in Jeddah and across other locations in the Kingdom as

required

• KSA nationals are strongly encouraged to apply
