Job Description
The responsibilities of Soft Services Supervisor include:
Managing the day-to-day on-site operation, which includes cleaning, managing a team of cleaner and sub-contractors.
Supervising the workforce, ensuring that managers deliver their specific services within the agreed budget and standards.
Ensuring that delivery is of the highest quality with a significant emphasis on service excellence.
Organizing employee shifts
Training and motivating team members
Checking private and public areas for tidiness
Establishing cleaning schedules and assigning Cleaners under their supervision to different tasks and duties
Supervising your team and ensuring effectiveness
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Nationality
Intermediate School, Bachelor of Arts
Any
Proven experience in soft services management.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
GCC Driving License are required.
BICSc certification is preferable.
