Job Description
We are seeking a professional and experienced Spa Manager to lead the operations of a new high-end luxury spa in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality or wellness management, preferably with experience in 5-star hotel spas or luxury wellness centers.
This is a management position, not a therapist or treatment role. Candidates with hands-on massage or beauty therapy experience only will not be considered.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional guest experience
Lead, supervise, and train a team of spa staff and service providers
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service
Manage booking systems, scheduling, and inventory
Handle budgets, vendor relationships, and cost control
Develop spa offerings, promotions, and packages aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning
Collaborate with marketing to support brand awareness and client acquisition
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Any European National, Lebanese, Czech, Hungarian
Any Graduation
Male
Proven experience as a Spa Manager or in a senior management role within a luxury spa or 5-star hotel
Professional background in hospitality, service, or wellness management
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
Presentable, guest-oriented, and capable of leading by example
Strategic thinker with the ability to build the brand and drive business growth
Preferably from Eastern Europe, but all nationalities are welcome to apply
Education (Preferred)
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Spa Management, or a related field
Training or certification in business, leadership, or wellness service management is a plus
