Job Description

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure a smooth finish.
Mix and match paint colors according to specifications, ensuring the correct shade and consistency.
Apply paint using various techniques such as spraying, rolling, and brushing, ensuring even coverage.
Inspect finished surfaces for quality, identifying and correcting any imperfections or inconsistencies.
Maintain and clean spray painting equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of tools.
Adhere to safety protocols, wearing protective gear and ensuring a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Document work performed, including materials used and any issues encountered during the process.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to continuously improve skills and efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Secondary School(Technical)

Male

Aramco approval certification.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in spray painting is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a spray-painting role or similar position.
Proficient in the use of spray-painting equipment and tools, including airless and HVLP sprayers.
Strong understanding of different paint types, their applications, and drying times.
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and color codes with precision.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in paint application and handling.
Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet client expectations.
Good physical stamina and coordination, capable of standing for long periods and working in various environments.
Effective communication skills, able to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in the painting industry.
