An exciting opportunity is available for (Sr Advisor II, BOPP Production) based in Dammam – KSA.

Who will report directly to Manager, Operations.

Summary:

Senior Process Engineer fully competent in all conventional aspects relating to their area of technical expertise with the ability to lead a small technical team internal or/and outsourced service provider. Conducts development and implementation of engineering-based activities in assigned areas, as well as addressing and resolving complex and novel operational problems with support from specialized technical engineers as required.

In this role, you will be responsible of:

Promotes high HSE standards and seeks to ensure a healthy, safe work environment and always working practices.
Represents the business with relevant external stakeholders to communicate and progress Process Engineering issues.
Promotes a reliability-based approach to drive down equipment lifecycle costs and minimize breakdown maintenance in their area.
Analyzes benchmarking data and recommends changes that would improve plant and engineering performance.
Coordinates, develops and reviews complex design work and engineering proposals.
Proposes and validates design ideas to improve plant SHE performance, cost effectiveness, operability and maintainability.
Provides coaching and guidance to junior engineers to support development of technical expertise within the company.
Independently performs broad and deep engineering work leading the contribution to achieve defined project deliverables.
Liaises with all relevant stakeholders to effectively resolve engineering issues using wide troubleshooting expertise.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
10 years of experience or more in similar field.
