STEM & Robotics Instructor

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and confident Robotics Instructor to lead robotics and coding classes for teenagers (ages 12–18). This role involves hands-on teaching, guiding students through projects using ESP32-based kits, and maintaining strong communication with parents and customers.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with teens, can explain technical concepts clearly, and is comfortable representing the center in a professional and friendly manner.

Teaching and Classroom Management

* Teach robotics and coding classes mainly for teenage students.
* Use ESP32 kits and prepared lessons to teach programming, electronics, and engineering basics.
* Lead students through hands-on builds, challenges, and group projects.
* Adjust teaching style to match different skill levels.
* Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging class environment.

Customer and Parent Interaction

* Communicate with parents about student progress and class performance.
* Answer customer questions and provide program information.
* Give quick demonstrations or explanations to parents or visitors when needed.
* Assist with student onboarding and recommending suitable courses.

Operational Responsibilities

* Set up, organize, and maintain robotics kits and computer equipment.
* Report missing or damaged tools or materials.
* Track student progress and prepare simple progress reports.
* Support events, workshops, and competitions.

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Computers, Electrical), Bachelor of Science(Physics)

Requirements: * Interest or background in Robotics, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields. * Comfortable with coding, computers, and ESP32 microcontrollers. * Familiarity with Arduino, MicroPython, or similar platforms is a plus. * Strong communication skills and ability to teach teens effectively. * Confident in speaking with customers and parents. * Experience working with teenagers is preferred. * Energetic, patient, responsible, and passionate about teaching. * Age preferred: 20–30 (flexible). * Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
