Oversee compensation and benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.

High school diploma or equivalent is a minimum, with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
Possess a minimum of 0-3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a retail or customer-facing environment.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong data analysis skills.
Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, capable of building rapport with diverse teams.
Show strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to influence and guide store management on HR-related matters.
