BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:

Receive, Inspect, put away all materials as per defined procedures and policies.
Identify damages and follow up till replacement is done as per defined procedures and policies.
Receiving, Inspection and put away as DN and PO.
Put away in proper storage bins.
Submit delivery note and invoices from supplier to Senior Storekeeper
Record manual file for all cutaways documents as per defined procedures.
Identification and labeling of hazardous materials, Expiry dates, PO etc.
Inspect forklift and maintain inspection file for all equipment’s.
Strictly follow 5S.
Report to Sr. Storekeepers
Maintain Safety rules
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:

High school diploma or equivalent
Degree in , management or related field will be preferred
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience
Time management skills and ability to delegate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. |
Proficiency in spreadsheet, excel and data entry software
Problem solving skills.
Physically fit and able to lift and move up to 15KG frequently.
Forklift operations and driving license
