Utilize advanced software tools like ETAP, SAFE, SP Column, CDB, and SAP for modeling and analysis, ensuring accuracy in structural integrity assessments.
Create detailed structural designs and specifications that adhere to local building codes and regulations, ensuring safety and sustainability.
Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor construction progress and compliance with design specifications.
Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate structural components into overall project designs.
Prepare and present technical reports and documentation that clearly communicate design rationale and project progress to stakeholders.
Perform load calculations, analysis, and simulations to determine the most effective structural solutions for various projects.
Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, ensuring that all deliverables are met within the specified constraints.
Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to innovate and improve design methodologies.

A bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution is essential.
Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable for advanced positions.
Minimum of 7-8 years of practical experience in structural design within the construction or engineering industry.
Experience working on large-scale projects, such as commercial buildings or bridges, is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic, both written and verbal; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage stress and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
Creative problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality design.
