Job Description
Manage end-to-end supply chain operations for all franchise restaurants.
Forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels across outlets.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for food, packaging, and equipment.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
Optimize logistics, warehousing, and distribution processes.
Implement inventory controls to reduce waste and prevent stockouts.
Coordinate with restaurant operations for smooth supply flow and new store setups.
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Track key supply chain metrics and submit periodic reports.

Jordanian, Lebanese, Saudi Arabian, Pakistani
Any Graduation
Male
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
5–8 years’ experience in supply chain/procurement, ideally in F&B/QSR/FMCG.
Strong vendor management, forecasting, and logistics skills.
Knowledge of food safety and cold-chain requirements.
Proficient in ERP/inventory systems; strong analytical abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment; willing to travel.
