Job Description

Conduct detailed site surveys and assessments to determine project feasibility and compliance with local regulations.
Utilize advanced surveying equipment and software to create accurate topographical maps and site plans.
Collaborate with civil engineers and project managers to establish project milestones and timelines.
Monitor construction progress and ensure all work adheres to the specified design and safety standards.
Perform quality control checks on materials and workmanship to guarantee project specifications are met.
Prepare and maintain precise survey records, reports, and documentation for project accountability.
Provide expert advice on land use, property boundaries, and zoning regulations to stakeholders.
Assist in the resolution of disputes related to land boundaries and site conditions through precise measurement.
Engage in on-site inspections to evaluate compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
Stay updated on industry advancements and regulatory changes to enhance surveying practices and methodologies.

Secondary School(Academic / General), Diploma, Any Graduation

Male

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and road surveying, with a proven track record.
Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and AutoCAD software is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with local construction codes, environmental regulations, and zoning laws is essential.
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and make informed decisions on-site.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Physical fitness to conduct fieldwork in various weather conditions and terrains.
Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
