T & D Counselor (Operator Evaluator & Trainer)

Job Description

Maintain accurate records for task evaluations and ensure all JTS task evaluation entries are updated in the system.

Discuss evaluation progress and observations with employee supervisors.

Develop and administer recertification operations tests for various refinery areas.

Coordinate and assist operational areas as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in certification and recertification test development processes.

Indian, Any GCC National

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Paint/Oil)

Male

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector with strong knowledge of process instrumentation controls and flow diagrams.
