Tack Welding Machine Operator

Job Description

Operate tack welding machines used in longitudinal welded steel pipe production.
Set up, calibrate, and adjust the machine parameters according to production specifications.
Monitor the pipe alignment and ensure proper tack welds before final welding operations.
Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance on tack welding machines to avoid downtime.
Identify and report any machine malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor.
Follow production schedules, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
Work closely with welding engineers, quality inspectors, and production staff to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain accurate records of machine operations, production output, and any incidents.
Desired Candidate Profile

Saudi Arabian

Diploma(Welding Technology)

Male

High school diploma or technical certification (welding or mechanical background preferred).
Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating welding machines in a steel fabrication or pipe manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with tack welding processes and machine operations.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and production instructions.
Strong focus on safety and quality standards.
Physically fit to handle factory working conditions and long shifts.
Team player with good communication skills and discipline.
Willingness to work in Dammam Industrial City with flexibility for shift work and overtime.
