Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. You will play a key role in identifying future hiring needs, building strong employer branding, and ensuring excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking, etc.).
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitive hiring practices, and market intelligence.
Support onboarding processes and handoff to HR Business Partners or hiring departments.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company hiring policies.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in Oil & Gas industries recruitment.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (depending on level).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
