About the Role
We are seeking a Tech Lead to spearhead the technical strategy and development for a cutting-edge SaaS application. This platform consists of multiple services, including two .NET Core backend applications, two frontend web apps (React & Next.js), and a Python-based AI services integration.
The Tech Lead will play a pivotal role in defining the architecture, ensuring scalability, and translating customer requirements into technical solutions. This position requires strong leadership, hands-on development expertise, and the ability to engage with customers to communicate technical solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead the technical direction of a multi-service SaaS application.
✅ Oversee and mentor developers working across .NET Core, Python, React, and Next.js.
✅ Act as the bridge between customers and the technical team, understanding client requirements and translating them into technical strategies.
✅ Ensure the system architecture is scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
✅ Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Business Analysts, Scrum Master, and UX team.
✅ Maintain best practices for cloud deployment (Azure & Alibaba Cloud) and DevOps strategies.
✅ Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and performance optimizations.
✅ Work within an Agile development framework and drive continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any GCC National, Saudi Arabian
Masters in Computer Application(Computers), Master of Technology/Engineering(Computers), Master of Science(Technology)
Any
� 5+ years of experience in .NET Core (C#) backend development.
� 3+ years of experience with Python (for AI service integration or similar applications).
� 3+ years of experience in React and Next.js frontend development.
� Good knowledge of cloud infrastructure: Azure and Alibaba Cloud.
� Ability to architect, optimize, and troubleshoot distributed systems.
� Experience with microservices, API design, and system integrations.
� Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
➕ Experience working with AI/ML integrations in SaaS applications.
➕ Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
➕ Hands-on experience with cloud security best practices.
➕ Familiarity with database optimization techniques for SQL and NoSQL databases.
