Our Company is a leading global integrated oil and gas products & services provider. Currently we are looking for a highly motivated Technical Field Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia –KSA

JOB OVERVIEW

The Technical Field Engineer report to engineering DPT manager.

The role is responsible to analyze the failure report of Well head and manage all engineering and operation activity in order to solve the issues thru the coordination with the Italian eng DPT.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Prepare and maintain a data base and identify all wellheads, Christ-mass trees, valves, seals and associated component.

2. Provide the engineering support in case of failure on the Well head in order to solve the integrity issues.

3. Analyze the RCA after the failure and provide and lead the team in order to close the issues.

4. Provide the improvement advice to engineering DPT.

5. Maintain the data base of all historical data and provide the needed activities for repair and replacement.

6. Manage with service teams AND quality team to execute the inspection plan, the repair plan, providing guidelines in compliance with the international STD and client requirement.

7. Supervise the wellhead integrity test. (Hydro + Gas) providing any necessary technical assistance.

8. Supervise Well head installation and repair procedure providing the advices to the concerned DPT

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Arab National, Malaysian, Singaporean, Any Nationality

Master of Technology/Engineering(Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Petroleum Engineering)

Education
Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Petroleum Engineering.

Experience & Skills

1. Minimum 5+ years’ work experience in in the oil and gas upstream industry specifically in the field of wellhead engineering and design, wellhead installation and wellhead integrity issues.

2. Preferably have a Minimum of 3 years involvement in Xmas tree and wellhead designing

3. Competent in creating procedures related to wellhead operations, running procedures and customized wellhead methodologies.

4. Excellent communication skills in English (Written & Spoken) with the ability to manage and control high level of technical meetings.

5. Knowledgeable in latest API 6A, NORSK D010 and all related oil & Gas standards

PLUS

1. Accustomed with surface wellhead brands like FMC, Cameron, Baker and Delta.

2. Proficient in SAMSS specification, manufacturing and testing procedures.

3. Experienced in Microsoft Office application, 3D software solid edge or equivalent.

4. Technically competent and possess strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills
