Job Summary

Euro Group Engineering Consultancy is seeking a highly qualified Technical Office Manager to lead and manage all technical office operations within our Riyadh headquarters. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in engineering design management, multidisciplinary coordination, and technical documentation, with a strong understanding of both Saudi national regulations and international engineering standards.

This role requires a seasoned professional capable of overseeing design deliverables, ensuring compliance, guiding technical teams, and supporting the successful execution of engineering design projects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design Management & Technical Oversight

Lead the preparation, review, and integration of engineering drawings, design reports, and technical specifications.
Ensure all design outputs comply with Saudi Building Codes (SBC), MOMRAH, MOT, Royal Commission, Aramco standards, and relevant international codes (AASHTO, ACI, ASTM, BS, ISO, etc.).
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and external consultants to resolve technical issues and ensure design consistency.
Oversee value engineering initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

2. Planning, Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate and comprehensive technical documentation, including calculations, design notes, correspondence, and revision logs.
Develop and monitor timelines for design deliverables to ensure alignment with project schedules.
Ensure all submissions meet client requirements, authority regulations, and contractual obligations.

3. Technical Coordination & Support

Provide technical guidance to internal design teams and project managers throughout all project phases.
Facilitate communication between multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of design components.
Participate in technical meetings with clients, contractors, and authorities to address design-related matters.

4. Quality Assurance & Standards Compliance

Implement and enforce quality control procedures for all design deliverables.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with engineering codes, safety regulations, and Euro Group’s quality standards.
Ensure all technical outputs meet the highest levels of accuracy, safety, and constructability.

5. Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and supervise technical office staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Organize training sessions to enhance team capabilities in design software, engineering standards, and emerging technologies.
Support professional development and ensure team alignment with company goals and project requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile

Any Arab National

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil), Bachelor of Architecture(Architecture)

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years of proven work experience in Saudi Arabia.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks), and project management software.
Deep understanding of Saudi authority requirements and approval processes.
Excellent knowledge of international engineering standards and design methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Work Conditions

Primarily office-based at Euro Group’s Riyadh headquarters.
Regular coordination visits to project sites, client offices, and authority departments.
Dynamic work environment requiring flexibility, leadership, and strong organizational skills.
