Prepare performance reports outlining key metrics and trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Document and track customer issues, resolutions, and feedback.
