Job Description

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on crane operation, safety, and maintenance, tailored to various crane types and operational environments.
Conduct hands-on training sessions, simulations, and assessments to ensure trainees achieve proficiency in crane operation and adhere to safety protocols, emphasizing practical application.
Create and update training materials, manuals, and visual aids, including presentations, videos, and checklists, to reflect current industry standards and best practices.
Stay updated on industry regulations, safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ANSI), and technological advancements in crane operation and maintenance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Diploma, Bachelor of Technology/Engineering

Male

Requires minimum of 5 years of experience in crane operation, maintenance, or a related field.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with additional language skills being advantageous.
Exhibits comprehensive technical skills in crane operation, hydraulics, mechanics, and electrical systems.
Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
Holds a valid crane operator certification from a recognized organization (e.g., NCCCO, NCCER) and relevant licenses.
Demonstrates strong industry experience in construction, manufacturing, or maritime industries.
Demonstrates excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information.
Instructor Experience of 3 Years.
