Job Description
Ø To facilitate and monitor progress of the training programs and the developmental plans ensuring alignment and following up employee achievement to meet company training objectives. Facilitates departmental communication to collect and register employees for training/assessment. Publicizes training course/applications to advertise and ensure awareness. Matches employee nominations with developmental plans to ensure alignment and need. Receives counsels and orients trainees with study schedules and trainee life in company, informs them of entitlements, benefits and other available resources to help them get familiar with a new environment and overcome any problems that arise. Monitors employees’ progress in all developmental programs (IDP,SDP, and PDP) to update SAP and follow up on completion.
