Vendor Approval and Marketing Specialist.

Job Description

We are seeking a Vendor Approval and Marketing Specialist to manage the approval of our products with consultants in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Fire Protection and Life Safety industry, with a strong focus on FK5112 and HFC227ea Clean Agent Systems, Foam Suppression Systems, Sprinklers, Fire Pumps, and Valves.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the vendor approval process with consultants and regulatory authorities in Saudi Arabia.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and regulatory bodies to facilitate product approvals.
Prepare and submit technical documentation, compliance reports, and approval requests.
Ensure that products meet local Saudi Arabian fire protection regulations, codes, and standards.
Coordinate with engineering and certification teams to obtain and maintain necessary approvals and certifications.
Keep up to date with industry standards such as NFPA, UL, FM, and LPCB, along with Saudi regulations.
Work with internal teams to ensure technical compliance and proper documentation for approvals.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in vendor approval, product approvals, or technical compliance in the Fire Protection & Life Safety industry.
Strong knowledge of FK5112 and HFC227ea Clean Agent Systems, Foam Suppression Systems, Sprinklers, Fire Pumps, and Valves.
Experience working with consultants and regulatory authorities in Saudi Arabia.
Understanding of NFPA, UL, FM, LPCB, and local Saudi regulations.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Fluent in English & Arabic languages.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with civil defense, engineering consultants, and approval authorities in Saudi Arabia.
Background in fire protection engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
