Job Description

Product Preparation & Prefilling

Clean and inspect raw materials (herbs, spices, oils, etc.) before packing.

Prefill products based on daily filling plan provided by management.

Ensure proper weight, packaging, and labeling of each product.

Do a daily stock count of refilled materials and report the remaining amount by end of day.

Prefilling can be manual or using machines depending on the product type.

Quality Control

Check product appearance, aroma, and cleanliness before filling.

Report any abnormal changes in herbs (e.g. signs of mold, insects, moisture).

Monitor oil clarity, scent, and consistency before bottling.

Apply labels neatly and accurately to maintain a professional presentation

Packaging Materials Management

Do a monthly or weekly stock count of jars, pouches, spray bottles, labels, and boxes and alert management early when any item is running low.

Inventory Tracking

Record all filled product quantities daily in tracking sheets.

Log remaining quantities of raw materials after each filling session.

Follow FIFO (First-In-First-Out) practices to ensure product freshness.

Assist in regular inventory audits to verify accuracy when required.
