Receive, inspect, and record inventory upon delivery to ensure accuracy and quality.
– Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, utilizing the best practices for storage and retrieval.
– Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and in a timely manner to meet customer deadlines.
– Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and assist in reconciling inventory levels.
– Collaborate with team members to improve operational processes and efficiency.
– Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.
– Assist in the training of new warehouse staff, promoting teamwork and cooperation.
– Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management promptly.
– Utilize warehouse management technology to track and manage stock levels effectively.
– Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for operational improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Arab National, Indian, Filipino, Pakistani
Bachelors in Computer Application, Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration
Male
– High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
– Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Understanding of warehouse operations, safety protocols, and inventory control.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing stock and documentation.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks as needed.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
– Familiarity with basic mechanical tools and equipment is a plus.
– Forklift certification or willingness to obtain is preferred.
