Job Description
Receive, review, issue, and close work permits in accordance with ARAMCO PTW procedures. Ensure all work activities comply with Saudi Aramco safety standards and regulations. Verify Job Safety Analysis (JSA), risk assessments, and method statements before permit approval. Coordinate with operations, maintenance, contractors, and safety teams to ensure safe execution of work. Monitor ongoing work to ensure compliance with approved permits and safety requirements. Conduct site inspections and ensure proper implementation of control measures. Ensure proper isolation, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and gas testing requirements are in place. Participate in toolbox talks and pre-job safety meetings. Suspend or stop work if unsafe conditions or violations are identified. Maintain accurate documentation and records of permits, inspections, and safety reports. Support incident prevention and contribute to the continuous improvement of safety practices. Work effectively under pressure while managing multiple permits and activities simultaneously.

ARAMCO-approved WPR (Work Permit Receiver) with a valid WPR card (minimum 1 year validity or more). Strong hands-on experience with ARAMCO Permit to Work (PTW) systems and procedures. Minimum 5 years of experience in project permit management within oil & gas or industrial projects. In-depth knowledge of Saudi Aramco safety standards, permit procedures, and HSE regulations. Proven ability to coordinate effectively with operations, contractors, and safety teams. Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple permits simultaneously. Capable of working efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced project environment. Team-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to safety and compliance. Valid and transferable iqama with readiness to join within one week.
