Job Description

Oversee vehicle check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate documentation and condition reports.

•     Maintain detailed vehicle reports, including condition assessments, service history, and performance checks.

•     Manage inventory of vehicles and automotive parts, ensuring proper organization and tracking.

•     Conduct routine inspections, checking tyre pressure, battery charge levels, fluid levels, and overall vehicle health.

•     Ensure proper cold starts for stored vehicles, particularly classics and high-performance models, to maintain engine integrity.

•     Supervise cleaning and detailing to preserve vehicle aesthetics and value.

•     Identify and mitigate fire hazards, especially for fuel-powered classics and lithium-ion battery-powered EVs.

•     Coordinate maintenance schedules and technical servicing for different vehicle types, including combustion, hybrid, and electric powertrains.

•     Provide technical insights on vehicles from all eras, ensuring proper handling and preservation techniques for vintage and high-performance models.

•     Train and manage warehouse staff, educating them on various vehicle technologies, storage protocols, and safety measures.

•     Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels, workflow efficiency, and vehicle readiness.

•     Technical knowledge of classic cars, old models, modern vehicles, supercars, electric, and hybrid cars.

•     Experience in automotive warehouse management, fleet operations, or vehicle restoration.

•     Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, mechanical systems, and diagnostic tools.

•     Proficiency in using inventory management systems and vehicle monitoring software.

•     Ability to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle-related technical issues across different eras.

•     Leadership and organizational skills to manage staff and warehouse operations.

•     Understanding of warehouse safety regulations, fire prevention, and vehicle handling protocols.

•     Male candidates with UAE Driving license
