E-House Modular Solutions is looking to hire BIM Coordinator

Understand BIM requirements for Pre-Sales and Ongoing Projects. Ensure BIM team uses the correct BIM tools & technologies.
Create and Maintain BIM Models for Project Specific Requirements. Develop models for structure & architectural elements.
Create a library of components.
Attend model coordination meetings and coordinate with the Engg Team for building BIM Models. Coordinate models with all stakeholders, resolve model clashes and create shop drawings.
Update, register and release documents/models to stakeholders. Derive BOQs. Assist project team with construction coordination and scheduling. Maintain BIM revision logs.
Update as‐built and revised Building Information Models at close of project.

Any Nationality

Diploma(Mechanical), Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Mechanical)

Any

Qualification: Diploma/Degree – Mechanical Engineering
Software knowledge: ACAD, Inventor, REVIT, Navisworks, MS Office
Experience: Min 5 years in a similar profile.
Availability: Immediate
