Supervisor Job Description:
1.Job Duties.
Liaise with the client daily regarding current tasks and assist in the planning of future tasks.
Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized.
Ensure that the client policies and procedures are adhered to by staff.
Act as a communication conduit between client and staff.
Maintain and control use of stock, equipment & consumables.
Monitor and report absenteeism to the Area Supervisor.
Ensure that all staff wear all appropriate PPE.
Where required, gather and provide information on a daily, monthly and annual basis, including schedules, consumable issues and usage etc.
Prepare overtime rosters for approval by the Area Supervisor.
Work with members of other teams as required.
2-HSE Compliances

Conduct shadowing plan for new joiners.
Conduct toolbox talks before the commencement of work.
Make the new joiners aware of the relevant site SOP and the client guidelines.
Ensure to keep duty roaster, attendance sheet, risk assessment, SOP, and MSDS of all chemicals at the relevant site office.

Excellent time management and project management skills.
High level of sound and independent judgment and reasoning.
Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.
Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
Able to work well under pressure.
Strong attention to detail.
Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally always.
