Bachelors in Computer Application, Bachelor of Technology/Engineering

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, showcasing a solid foundation in technology principles.
Fresh graduates with internships or project experience in technical support or customer service roles are preferred.
A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a technical support or similar role is advantageous.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of operating systems, networking, and software applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure are essential.
