Job Description
Maintain all general insurance policies – Property All Risks, Marine, Motor fleet and other policies.
Liaising with the Insurance companies related to Trade and General Insurance and its compliance.
Coordinate with Projects team on Erection insurance and add the completed projects to General Insurance.
Negotiating with Insurance brokers for renewal of all types of insurance policies and ensure the policy must be renewed before the expiry of the existing policies with best possible rates.
To raise insurance claims as applicable based on damage information received from various departments and coordinate with concerned teams till settlement.
Assess risk activities and propose / arrange new insurance policies
Opening of import LCs based on the requirement
Arrange to release the import documents from the banks and handover to Supply Chain team.
Maintain active relationships with banks and provide the required documents along with updated KYC to banks/ financial institutions.
Providing information to Internal and External Auditors for smooth completion of the audits
Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements

Bachelor of Commerce(Commerce)
Any
Bachelor Degree in Commerce / CA Inter / MCA Inter
2-3 years experience in Risk management & Trade Finance within a large organization
Proficiency is MS Excel and ERP SAP
Fluency in English, Arabic language is added advantage
