Job Description
The Head of Sales is responsible for overseeing and driving the sales strategy across all business divisions, including Automotive Services (PPF – Paint Protection Film, Window Tinting, Car Wash, Polishing), Corporate Clients,
Commercial Jobs, and the HBC Smart Repair Division. This role focuses on business growth, revenue planning,
forecasting, budgeting, and market expansion while ensuring the sales team delivers on targets and customer
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all divisions.
• Plan and execute expansion strategies for new markets and services.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to strengthen the company’s market position.
• Set clear sales targets and KPIs to ensure the team achieves revenue goals.
• Provide coaching, training, and development programs for the sales team.
• Prepare annual and quarterly sales forecasts and revenue projections.
• Work closely with the finance team to establish and monitor sales budgets.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to refine pricing and promotional strategies.

Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of sales leadership experience in the automotive industry or related
sectors.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
