Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter with a background in the media industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. The recruiter should have a strong understanding of media roles, industry trends, and talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Utilize various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely communication with candidates.
Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated with media industry trends and market insights to enhance hiring strategies.
Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a recruiter in the media industry.
Strong understanding of media-related roles such as content creation, journalism, production, digital marketing, and advertising.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in headhunting and passive candidate sourcing.
Certification in HR or recruitment-related courses is a plus.
