Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Process employee additions and deletions from medical insurance policies.
Handle insurance-related administrative tasks efficiently.
Coordinate with employees, insurance brokers, insurance providers, and finance for policy updates and issue resolution.
Maintain and update insurance records accurately.
Assist employees with insurance-related queries and concerns.
Prepare and analyze insurance-related reports using MS Excel.
