Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, META Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in lead generation, CRM integration, tracking lead conversion, and data analytics. Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, and keyword research is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, META Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads.
Conduct thorough keyword research and audience segmentation to improve ad targeting.
Implement and test ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion strategies to maximize lead generation.
A/B test ad copy, creatives, and bidding strategies to improve CTR and conversion rates.
Manage daily budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to ensure maximum ROI.
Tracking, Analytics & Reporting
Track lead generation, customer journeys, and conversion rates from ad platforms to CRM.
Set up and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking to measure ad performance.
Regularly analyze performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
Generate weekly/monthly reports with campaign insights, key takeaways, and recommendations for improvement.
Monitor and optimize funnel performance, ensuring leads are effectively nurtured and converted.
CRM & Lead Nurturing
Integrate and track lead data through CRM systems to monitor the sales pipeline.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead qualification and nurturing strategies are aligned.
Set up automated workflows for lead nurturing through retargeting, email campaigns, and remarketing ads.
Budgeting & Strategy
Allocate and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
Plan and implement multi-channel performance marketing strategies.
Stay updated with advertising trends, new platform updates, and industry best practices.

Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
Expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, META Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Ability to track leads from generation to conversion through CRM integration.
Proficiency in budget management, bid strategy, and ROI optimization.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Excellent understanding of A/B testing, remarketing, and audience targeting.
Experience in preparing detailed performance reports and campaign analysis.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
