Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. This role focuses on managing advertising campaigns, driving customer acquisition, and maximizing ROI across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, is results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end performance marketing campaigns on key digital platforms to drive growth, acquisition, and retention.
Social Media Management: Oversee social media channels to engage audiences, build brand loyalty, and drive customer engagement through targeted content.
User Experience Optimization: Collaborate with the UX/UI team to improve user journey and experience on digital platforms, enhancing conversion rates and overall user satisfaction.
Analytics & Reporting: Measure and report on the effectiveness of performance marketing campaigns, using data insights to continually refine strategies.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
Analytics & Optimization: Monitor and analyze key metrics (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS) to optimize performance and drive growth.
Audience Targeting: Develop precise audience segments and retargeting strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.
Collaboration: Work with the design team to create compelling ad creatives and align with e-commerce promotions.
Budget Management: Efficiently manage and report on campaign budgets to ensure optimal spend and ROI.
Desired Candidate Profile

Any Arab National, Any European National, Indian, British (UK)

MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt

Any

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5-6 years of performance marketing experience, preferably within an agency managing multiple clients across various industries.
Proven track record in brand-oriented performance marketing with a focus on social media and user experience.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others for measuring campaign performance.
Excellent communication skills and experience in content creation for LinkedIn and other social media channels.
