Job Title: Pest Control Division Manager with Municipality License and UAE Driving License

We are seeking a highly experienced Pest Control Division Manager with a Municipality License and a valid UAE driving license to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a growing division in a joint venture (JV) setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Pest Control Division, ensuring compliance with local regulations, operational efficiency, and high customer satisfaction.
Supervise, train, and develop a team of pest control technicians to ensure the delivery of top-quality service.
Oversee the development and implementation of pest control strategies that align with business goals and regulations.
Ensure all pest control activities are compliant with UAE municipal regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
Hold and maintain an active Municipality Pest Control License and a valid UAE driving license.
Manage division budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting.
Collaborate with senior leadership and JV partners to drive business growth and improve operational performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal authorities, clients, and other business stakeholders.
Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
Address and resolve any escalated customer concerns or operational challenges.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in pest control, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Municipality Pest Control License is required (valid within the UAE).
Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
Strong knowledge of pest control techniques, local regulations, and industry best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Proven ability to develop and execute operational plans and achieve business targets.
Ability to manage budgets, financials, and operational metrics.
Prior experience working in a joint venture (JV) environment is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
