Desired Candidate Profile
Any Nationality
Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Architecture
Female
A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or property management, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for serving diverse clientele.
Strong negotiation skills, with a keen ability to advocate for clients and achieve favorable terms in competitive scenarios.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients and industry professionals.
Strong analytical skills, allowing for data-driven decision-making regarding market trends and investment opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
