Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with warmth and professionalism
Manage incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and handle general inquiries
Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain meeting calendars
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Provide administrative support such as filing, document handling, and inventory tracking for office supplies
Assist with day-to-day office tasks and support other departments as needed

Open to fresh graduates and candidates with previous experience in front office or customer service roles
