Job Description

Conduct thorough needs assessments with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create tailored job descriptions that attract top talent.
Source candidates through innovative channels, including social media, job boards, and industry events, to build a diverse and robust candidate pipeline.
Screen resumes and applications with a keen eye for detail, identifying candidates who not only meet qualifications but also align with company culture.
Facilitate engaging interviews, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience while evaluating skills, experience, and potential fit.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals and workforce planning.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to final offer negotiations, ensuring timely communication with candidates at every stage.

Indian, British (UK), Filipino, Pakistani

Bachelor of Architecture

Any

Proficiency in multiple languages, especially English, to communicate effectively with a diverse range of candidates and stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and make data-driven recruitment decisions that align with business needs.
Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the industry relevant to the hiring organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, demonstrating foundational knowledge of recruitment principles.
