Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in the sale of construction products both within the UAE market and for export. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the construction industry and a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies for construction products in the UAE and export markets.
Build and maintain relationships with clients in the construction sector.
Identify new business opportunities and manage key accounts.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in sales within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of the UAE construction market and export procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid UAE driving license and own transportation (vehicle will be provided by the company).
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Desired Candidate Profile
Any Nationality
Secondary School, Intermediate School, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Architecture
Any
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the construction industry, specifically in the UAE market.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
Experience in handling export sales and international markets is highly desirable.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
A valid UAE driving license and access to transportation.
Knowledge of CRM software and sales reporting tools.
