Job Description
Supervise joinery site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, schedules, and safety standards.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of work.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Manage and train joinery staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
Review and approve joinery designs and shop drawings, ensuring alignment with client specifications.
Monitor inventory levels of materials and coordinate procurement as needed to maintain workflow.
Address any issues or challenges on site promptly to avoid delays in project timelines.
Maintain accurate records of project progress, including labor, materials, and costs, to ensure efficient resource management.
Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures on site to ensure a safe working environment.
