Job Description
A S.R.O. is responsible for identifying lead generation sources from the given geographical territory for various company products. They need to introduce the products to the potential lead sources and should do everything to keep a warm relationship between Company and Lead Sources. The role of S.R.O. will include corporate sales of various products, directly to the clint as well.
The outdoor Marketing process include – Identifying, Contacting, and meeting clients in person, assessing their requirements, providing appropriate solutions and Upselling and Cross selling…etc.
Ø Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Ø Follow up with client’s post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Ø Provide monthly status reports to the clints regarding their leads.
Ø Identify customer requirements at each stage of the business process and pitch the company’s products accordingly.
Ø Stay up to date with the company’s products, services, and pricing.
Ø Educate clients on the features and benefits of the products or services.
Ø Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Ø Work closely with the sales team and other departments
Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions
