Roles & Responsibilities

Operate excavators to dig, move, and grade earth and other materials with precision, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
Inspect machinery before and after use, performing routine maintenance to ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with site supervisors and other crew members to determine project requirements and execute tasks in a timely manner.
Utilize hand signals and communication devices to coordinate with ground personnel, ensuring safety and efficiency on site.
Load and unload materials from trucks and other equipment, maintaining organization and flow of resources on-site.
