Job Description

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.

• Identify and follow up on new business opportunities with key clients.

• Develop and implement customized solutions to meet the client’s transportation and logistics requirements.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company.

• Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

• Cooperate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless service delivery to key clients.

• Manage customer contracts and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Provide regular sales reports to management.

• Other analytical tasks as needed to support the Sales and Accounts department.

Documentation

• Save and maintain insurance data for clients for the accounts department.

• Maintain updated contracts and contract expiry dates in coordination with the accounts department.

• Prepare citations and update citation status regularly.

• Update tracking reports regularly.

• Communicate effectively with customers as needed.

Reports

• Ensures accurate collection and reporting of operational and financial information about customers.

• Preparing sales plans and reports.

Education, Experience, Technical Qualifications and Skills

1 year experience in customer service / Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field required

• It is preferable to have a master’s degree in business or sales.

• Preferably have 5-7 years of experience in a sales or account management role, with a focus on transportation and logistics Preferred Qualifications

Preferably have experience in managing key accounts in the transportation and logistics industry Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

Computer skills

• Intermediate computer skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• WMS functions

Language skills

• English (reading, writing, speaking)

• Proficiency in business writing
