Roles and Responsibilities
Purpose of the job
To monitor, supervise and lead the activities of the work group in the warehouse and ensure that all warehouse operations are carried out
with 100% accuracy and safety, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
• Organize and distribute manpower and equipment to enable expediting of orders according to priorities, plan
warehouse space according to business requirements and supervise picking, packing and storage operations
• Assign storage locations and ensure that storage is carried out efficiently to enable timely retrieval
• Ensure that all stocking and picking lists are rechecked for correct quantity, dimensions and products
• Supervise packing operations for outbound shipments to ensure compliance with country and customer specifications and
that necessary certificates and labels are attached to enable timely delivery of goods to the customer
• Monitor documentation of all damages, missing and excess shipments, prepare MDNs and report
to the Customer Services Manager for further action
• Conduct regular stock checks, inventory rounds, and site inspections to ensure stock integrity and prepare reports.

• Perform accurate and timely reconciliations to effectively resolve stock discrepancies
• Implement QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) policies and procedures as well as security in
the distribution centre and ensure good hygiene standards are maintained at all times, taking prompt corrective action when needed
• Supervise, train and set goals for staff, evaluate and support staff to demonstrate high levels of individual performance.

• Raise potential issues and improvement opportunities to the supervisor or line manager
• Any other relevant duties/projects as assigned by the supervisor or line manager from time to time in order to meet
business needs

• Receiving productivity: Warehouse operators should process 20-30 pallets/hour • Receiving accuracy: 100% accuracy, RF guns should be used at all times
• Storage Accuracy: Warehouse operators must store 15 pallets/hour/operator (with RF guns) • Picking Accuracy: 100% accuracy (with RF guns) No return shipments
Education, Experience, Technical Skills Qualifications High School Graduate Experience One year of relevant experience (preferred) Fluency in English is essential

Competencies Good knowledge of MHE operation (VA, RT, OP, PPT)
Computer literate
Able to operate portable RF scanner unit
