Roles and Responsibilities

We are hiring Planning Engineer – Male

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules Coordinate with project managers and team members to define project scope and objectives

• Monitor project progress and update timelines accordingly.

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.

• Assist in making budget decisions and allocating resources.

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and adherence to timelines.

• Analyze project data to identify trends and improve future project planning.

• Cooperate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

• Use project management software to track and report project timelines.

• Develop alternative plans to address delays and disruptions.

• Review and approve project plans developed by subcontractors.

• Facilitate communication between different project teams.

• Collaborate in developing and preparing design and planning programs, ensuring their alignment with project objectives and timelines.

• Oversee project progress tracking, and implement effective monitoring systems to ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.

• Prepare and present detailed reports and analyses on project progress, highlighting achievements, obstacles and potential solutions.

• Collaborate closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor to assist in the preparation of contracts and support various tasks that are integral to project management and implementation.

• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, foster collaborative relationships, and ensure alignment between planning, execution, and project objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field

• Professional certification in project management (such as PMP, PRINCE2)

• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project

• Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.

• Experience in construction or engineering projects.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Knowledge of local and international building standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field

• Minimum 5 years experience in GCC countries in project planning or management

• Proficiency in project management tools and programs

• Strong understanding of project life cycle and construction processes.

• Excellent organization and time management skills.

• Ability to analyze complex data and generate insights.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in construction

• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach

Minimum 5 years experience in GCC countries required
Current location can be in GCC or India.
