Job Description
Evaluate progress, compile, and prepare monthly progress assessments.
Follow up with cost consultant to obtain monthly evaluation certificate.
Study the change management system and identify potential changes.
Prepare all necessary accounts and submit change claims in accordance with the contract.
Review, evaluate, and certify subcontractor payment requests in accordance with the main contract certification.
Evaluate subcontractor variation claims in accordance with the contract agreement.
Monitor and control project cost.
Prepare and submit cost reports for project completion to the Project Manager.
Revise job cost estimate based on change approvals.
Preparing the necessary claims according to the contract.
Required profile for candidates
Any nationality
Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Civil)
any
BE/B-Tech – Civil with minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction, especially in high-rise buildings, villa projects, and infrastructure.
CRPEP license holders or qualified candidates.
GCC driving license is mandatory.
Priority is given to candidates residing in Bahrain.
