Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and maintain servers, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Configure, monitor and troubleshoot CCTV systems .
Design, implement and maintain network solutions, including routers, switches and firewalls.
Provide technical support and resolve issues for end users across the organization.
Planning and implementing data backup and disaster recovery strategies.
Configure and maintain PBX systems for effective communications.
Troubleshoot and manage ISP lines , to ensure reliable internet connectivity.
Maintain and troubleshoot attendance systems , ensuring accurate data capture and reporting.
Ensure the company’s IT infrastructure complies with security and regulatory requirements.
Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure timely updates and upgrades.
Manage and maintain servers, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Bachelor of Computer Application (Computers)

male

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in systems administration or related field.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining CCTV, PBX and attendance systems.
Proficient in server administration and virtualization technologies.
Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Valid Bahrain driving license.
Strong interpersonal communication skills
