Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing project plans and schedules to ensure the successful execution of construction projects. This role involves collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, develop timelines, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project schedules using scheduling software, outlining tasks, milestones, and timelines to ensure efficient project execution.

• Resource Management: Collaborate with project managers and teams to assess resource requirements and allocate personnel and materials effectively.

• Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress against the established schedule, identifying any deviations and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

• Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for management and stakeholders, providing insights on project performance and potential risks.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks to project timelines or budgets and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts.

• Communication: Facilitate communication and coordination among project stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of project schedules, plans, and changes to ensure transparency and accountability.

• Continuous Improvement: Participate in post-project reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil)

Male

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer or in a similar role within the construction or engineering industry.

• Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.

• Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
