Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Industrial Sales Engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of industrial products within
a designated territory. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing technical solutions,
and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Industrial Sales Engineer will collaborate with
internal teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.

Duties and responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.

Understanding customer requirements and providing technical solutions based on our industrial products.

Developing a sales strategy:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Identify new business opportunities and market trends to enhance the company’s competitive position.

Product knowledge:

Possess in-depth knowledge of industrial products and their applications.

Conduct product presentations and customer demonstrations.

Generate offers and prices:

Preparing accurate and competitive quotes for clients.

Create detailed proposals outlining technical specifications, prices and delivery terms.

technical support:

Providing technical support to customers before and after the sale.

Collaborate with the technical team to address customer inquiries and concerns.

Sales Forecasts and Reports:

Monitor sales trends, analyze data, and generate periodic reports.

Forecast sales targets and track performance against goals.

Market research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Utilize market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams:

Work closely with marketing, production and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.

Communicate customer feedback and market insights to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience in industrial sales or technical sales role.

Strong technical ability and understanding of industrial products.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Results driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
